Please note that the effect of the two given commands is gone on reboot. Instance "xe", status READY, has 1 handler(s) for this service... It is an issue with the setup of the randomizer for Linux in the JDK distribution - and we found it in Java6, not sure about Java7. This is really a database issue, not a JobScheduler one.
