I resolved this after I debugged and watched liquibase try to load the libraries and found that it was erroring on the manifest files for commons-codec-1.6.jar. I added the dependency in the EAR file, and my problem was solved (At least I think, I had a problem after doing this with eclipse, but when I solve it, Would you like to answer one of these unanswered questions instead?
