What's wrong? As Digital Editions wasn't there for me to choose, I clicked on Allow Another Program. It just won't connect.

The firewall appears to be off but was actually still on. Even if you install 6.0 or 7.0 when you click on an ebook it now down loads the new ADE. Uninstall ADE and remove it from the trash. If I go into the Library dropdown menu and try adding the book that way, I get the error #2038 message.

Ric has mentioned that the firewall tends to be an issue. We haven't forgotten about you, but are doing a collective head scratch trying to figure out what the problem could be.

Any ideas why that would be?
