We have it quite often where we see Adobe Reader 9.3.2, but the adobe logo is not there. Java Install Did Not Complete Error 1601 Cannot open backup device. I hate doing this...I kinda hate it when Windows can't find some files to install or uninstall my programs!! Every time I try to install Java i get error 1305 saying i need to verify that a certain file exists.
