I am not a software engineer, but sounds like an issue with the iPhone OS.BTW: My iPhone originally came with the 2.x firmware and I updated immediately after each firmware release; Unable To Join Xfinity Wifi I can't even attempt most of these solutions because the wifi option is completely grayed out, simply saying "no wifi" and I can't click on it.
